8-Week Cohort
Starts Tuesday, November 18th at 12 PM

This class is for postpartum moms whose infants are under 0-12 months.
(Second+ time moms welcome!)
Babies will play in the center with provided toys.
Moms are welcome to use our nursing pillow while breastfeeding or napping baby. Also great for tummy time.
Refreshments and a journal included.
Our classes are held in a professional therapy office. While we do our best to make the space as child-friendly as possible, your child’s safety is ultimately your responsibility. We kindly ask that you keep a close eye on your little one during each session.
