About Us

About Me

Last year, I became a mom—and it changed everything. The experience was beautiful, emotional, and overwhelming all at once. Adjusting to my new normal came with challenges I hadn’t anticipated. Life felt out of my control at times, even beyond the demands of new motherhood. But what made the biggest difference for me was the support system I had built and the recommendations I was lucky enough to receive.

When I searched for Mommy & Me classes in Santa Clarita Valley, I struggled to find options that welcomed babies under three years. Some groups didn’t respond, and others weren’t the right fit. During that first postpartum year, I participated in at least four different groups, and from those experiences, I pulled together what I loved most to create something new—for us.

That’s how this Mommy & Me group was born. My hope is to offer other moms what I was so grateful to find: connection, support, and a sense of community during one of life’s biggest transitions.

While I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), this is not a therapy group. It’s an educational peer group—a space for learning, sharing, and growing together. Each week, I’ll guide you through a structured topic, but the real heart of this group is you.

My goal is to help you build the village you and your little one deserve.

Mission Statement

To support mothers and their children in their early developmental stages by offering a safe, inclusive space for connection, and emotional well-being.

In SCV Mommy & Me, you’ll find a supportive community of moms, forming meaningful friendships and sharing valuable resources. The class helps ease the emotional challenges of early motherhood, reducing feelings of anxiety and depression while providing a safe space to navigate the ups and downs together. Through guided discussions and bonding activities, you’ll gain confidence in your parenting, a deeper connection with your baby, and a better understanding of your own needs. Most importantly, you’ll feel supported as you adjust to the stressors of your baby’s first year, knowing you’re not alone in this journey.
