Becoming a mom is beautiful—and hard. Whether you're navigating sleepless nights, identity shifts, or just craving connection, you're not alone. I created this Mommy & Me group in Santa Clarita for moms with babies 0–12 months who are looking for more than just a playdate.

Led by me, Niousha Soleimani, a fellow mom and therapist, this is a psychoeducational peer group—not therapy, but a meet-up where you build your village while exploring weekly topics, share honestly, and support one another—without judgment.

    As a mom it can be hard to find time to eat. Light refreshments will be provided for you.

  • Social Support

    You don’t have to figure it all out alone. A group of moms can make all the difference.

  • Bonding with Your Baby

    During class we will sing songs, play music, and slow down giving you a chance do engage with your little one.

  • Reflection

    Every week we will go over a new topic to discuss. You will also receive a journal on your first to write down your reflections.
